Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to:

All of Nicaragua (home delivery via trusted local transport providers)

For export inquiries (to Central America or beyond), please contact us directly for a quote.
Shipping Times
Because each piece is handcrafted, please allow:

3–7 weeks for production, depending on the size and complexity of your order.

2–5 business days for local delivery once the item is ready.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you when your item is ready for shipment.
Shipping Costs

Granada: Free delivery on orders over $150

Managua & Masaya area: Flat rate or free delivery on select items

Other departments: Delivery cost is calculated based on size and distance; we will confirm with you before dispatch.
For larger items or special deliveries (e.g., upstairs or remote access), an additional handling fee may apply.
Order Pickup
You may also arrange free pickup at our workshop in Managua by appointment. Contact us via WhatsApp to schedule.
Damaged or Delayed Shipments
We take great care in packaging and handling. However, if your order arrives damaged or delayed, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist you with a solution.
