  • These terms apply to all users of our website, including browsers, customers, and contributors.

2. Products & Orders

  • All furniture is handmade and may vary slightly in tone, grain, and finish.

  • Orders are considered final once confirmed and payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of suspected fraud, payment issues, or unavailability of materials.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full before production or delivery.

  • We accept bank transfers, mobile payments, and in some cases, cash on delivery (Managua only).

4. Production Time & Shipping

  • Production timelines vary by product and may take 4–7 weeks.

  • Shipping time and costs are provided at checkout or upon order confirmation.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by transport companies or acts beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, content, and images on our website and social media are property of Paradise Teak and may not be used without written permission.

7. Privacy
